My mission is to ensure that every member and guest enjoys an unforgettable experience, from the moment they arrive to the time they leave.Outside of work, I’m a passionate fitness enthusiast and an avid ultramarathon runner 🏃♂️. Since January 2024, I’ve committed to running at least 5km daily—rain or shine 🌧️☀️. This personal challenge has strengthened my resilience and continues to fuel my drive for excellence. My next big goal? Competing in the Montane Summer Spine Race in 2025, one of Britain’s toughest ultramarathons! 🏅Before joining The Chase, I gained valuable experience across several sectors. As a self-employed steel erector, I specialized in agricultural and industrial projects, sharpening both my technical expertise and my relationship-building skills 🤝. I also worked as a recruitment consultant, where I connected talented individuals with opportunities to help them thrive.Additionally, I served as the Midlands Area Lead for Mental Health Muscle, a not-for-profit organization promoting mental health awareness through fitness 💪🧠.
