Owned and operated both the restaurant, Georges on Fifth, San Diego's premiere Steak and Seafood Restaurant and FACES Nightclub voted Best New Club by 944 Magazine. Grammy Nominated pianist Tom Barabas played live nightly. Directed overall management and sales & marketing direction for my business.

VP Operations for both Trump Plaza and Trump Worlds Fair Casino and Resort. Completed many major renovation projects for Mr.Trump from guestrooms, Super Suites, Transportation Center, casino space, saloon, F & B outlets,Trump Style the Jewelry Store and the new entrance which involved new signage, flagpoles and a new fully landscaped park like entrance which became known by all the employees as "Harrington Park".

Responsibilities included a $25 million total renovation, hiring and training a new opening staff and pre-opening sales and marketing. I served as spokesperson for the owners and operated in their absence the Bahia Resort Hotel. I also handled all special events which included San Diego's largest New Years Eve party "Lights Out Jazz NYE Party".
