Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi

A continuing interest of the owners of FBC after the sale of its LEC operations to TXU, GCW was a facility-based PCS wireless partnership (and a Sprint PCS affiliate) with operations in Texas, Louisiana and Mississippi. Over 8 year period, took leadership role with owners and special committees of the board in strategic assessments of GCW growth and liquidity options. The effort culminated in a highly profitable sale, in excess of $250 million, to Sprint-Nextel in October 2005.
