Current• Currently providing technical assistance and support to HCPs and clients in the use of blood purification products.• Educating HCPs on how to effectively and efficiently use the products and informing about any new product developments or changes in the existing product line. Monitoring how clients use the products and identifying areas for improvement and potential issues.• Troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that arise with the devices.• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key opinion leaders in the industry.• Working closely with the hospital clinical team to provide feedback on product performance and potential areas for improvement.• Generating reports on product usage, client feedback, and any issues that arise.• Assisting HCPs and clients in the effective use of the HA60 Disposable Hemoperfusion Cartridge.• Educating HCPs and clients on the proper use of HA330-II for treating liver disease, hepatic encephalopathy, and drug-induced liver damage.• Aiding HCPs and clients in using HA380 to remove inflammatory mediators and cytokines, which may be beneficial in treating critical diseases, sepsis, ARDS, and coronavirus pneumonia.• Assisting HCPs and clients in using HA330 to remove pro-inflammatory cytokines and other cellular inflammatory markers found in a “cytokine storm”.• Helping HCPs and clients in using HA280 for various autoimmune diseases and dermatoses, such as rheumatoid arthritis and psoriasis.• Assisting HCPs and clients in using HA130 for adsorbing middle and protein-bound uremic toxins, which may help with ESRD, skin itching, and heart disease, among other issues.• Helping HCPs and clients in using HA230 to remove overdosed drugs and poisons.• Aiding HCPs and clients in using BS330 to efficiently remove bilirubin and bile acid, which may be beneficial for patients with hyperbilirubinemia and high serum concentration of bile acids.
