In my role as a Clinical Application Specialist at ICU Works, I am responsible for providing technical assistance and support to healthcare professionals and clients in the use of blood purification products. This involves educating clients and healthcare professionals on how to effectively and efficiently use our products, attending key medical conferences to promote our business and products, and ensuring our clients are informed about any new product developments.Moreover, I closely monitor how clients use the products and identify areas for improvement and potential issues. Whenever technical issues arise with our devices, I troubleshoot them and resolve them as soon as possible. Additionally, I build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key opinion leaders, collaborate with the sales team to identify and develop sales opportunities, and generate reports on product usage, client feedback, and any issues that arise.My expertise lies in assisting healthcare professionals and clients in the effective use of our HA series of Disposable Hemoperfusion Cartridges. For instance, I educate them on the proper use of HA330-II for treating liver disease, hepatic encephalopathy, and drug-induced liver damage, and assist them in using HA380 to remove inflammatory mediators and cytokines, which may be beneficial in treating critical diseases such as sepsis, ARDS, and coronavirus pneumonia.Moreover, I offer my aid in helping healthcare professionals and clients in using HA330 to remove pro-inflammatory cytokines, using HA280 for various autoimmune diseases and dermatoses, and assisting them in using HA130 for adsorbing middle and protein-bound uremic toxins.
