Provided QA and software test support for Soft Tech, Inc. on their contract with the US Department of Homeland Security USCIS project. Responsibilities include automated and manual testing processes and procedures, performing software requirements analysis, developing CMMI artifacts and matrixes, developing processes and procedures in compliance with CMMI direction, assisting and training other testers in Unix/Linux and shell scripts. In addition, am currently using Selenium, GEB/Spock and Groovy to perform automated testing of JAVA developed web applications.

In addition, provided customer support using enterprise solutions software to integrate business areas in order to operate in an open systems environment and client service architectures. Performed analysis of data processing requirements, and install modification of existing systems, requiring knowledgeable in Cloud databases (GEMFIRE), Jmeter, JIRA and soupUI programming

Software development and execution of DCAPES automated testing scripts based on the manual test case scenarios generated by the customer. Developed DCAPES Automated Test Scripts requiring exceptional knowledge and understanding of the DCAPES functionality and formal testing methodologies. Additionally, this tasking required experience and a solid understanding of the TCL/TK programming language, the Unified Test Pro automated software and relational database development and a strong understanding of software development processes and procedures. Prepared DCAPES project deliverable Software Test Description, and Software Test Report requiring knowledge and understanding of all the DCAPES Application systems functionality, in conjunction with knowledge and experience of documentation standards and requirements, and Development Life Cycle processes and procedures. Performed verification and validation of DCAPES software release installations requiring knowledge and understanding of all the DCAPES Application systems functionality, in conjunction with knowledge of integration test suite servers and their interrelationships. Assessing the MTMC Cargo Accounting and Billing (CAB) system for compliance with the Defense Information Infrastructure Common Operating Environment (DII COE), Joint Technical Architecture (JTA), International Standards Organization (ISO) 9000 and Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) standards. Responsible for the development of all systems compliance assessment reports, preparing and conducting briefing to the program manager and technical personnel on the current status and the development of an event flow for resolution of identified DII COE non compliance. In addition, assisted the program manager and technical staff by providing DII COE process understanding and guidance. Lead analyst assessing nine MTMC core systems for compliance with the Defense Information Infrastructure Common Operating Environment (DII COE), Joint Technical Architecture (JTA), International Standards Organization (ISO) 9000 and Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) standards. Instrumental in monitoring the assessment workflow, organization, planning and progress, along with developing the formats and content of all task deliverable reports. Assisted the other assessment members by providing DII COE process understanding and conducting reviews of all draft and final assessment reports prior to delivery to the head office for delivery to the government proponent. Attended meetings with the customer project managers to correctly capture the systems analysis and architecture for comparison with the DII COE compliance process. Produced all costing, personnel and scheduling estimates for implementation of assessment non-compliance issues corrections for presentation to senior management, program managers and technical leads for each of the nine core systems.
