- Team copy lead, responsible for proofreading and approval of team's copy and content schedules, plus point of call for ad hoc copy tasks (including social, web, paid media and TOV/strategy work). Working with the wider team on crafting copy that nails our client-partners' objectives.- Staying close to the community management side of things with content creation, community engagement and reporting.- Developing best practice approaches across various areas, including competition admin/drawing process, ASA-compliant terms and conditions and UGC. - Line management of two fantastic CMs, including regular 121s and planning further development.- Heading up strategic engagement and content approaches for new business pitches and retained client strategy work across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok and LinkedIn. Clients included Klarna, Cancer Research UK, Quidco and the Valuable 500.- Events content creation, including Race for Life and Klarna x Mighty Hoopla.
