Co-producer on Wise Words Festival with a focus on developing the new strands of festival's offer including programme and strategy development, changes to ticketing structure, negotiating and contracting artists, artist liaison, and volunteer coordinating.

- Co-produced Warrior Poets with Wise Words Festival: an installation that took poems written by children in care and young refugees and gave them to a group of artists who built an installation inspired by the writing. Artistic Director - Lemn Sissay.- Successful fundraising application written for Arts Council England- Produced the making of five films that showed the Marlowe Theatre's work around Kent and beyond- Built the Marlowe Music Network working with professional players, venues and schools to improve the local provision of music education

Promoted from within the organisation after one year at YPI, becoming responsible for:- managing the training and progress of four freelance staff operating across England- managing the charity's £370,000 budget- managing communications with a wide variety of stakeholders (students, teachers, headteachers, funders, staff, and volunteers) through a variety of platforms- implementing, troubleshooting and re-developing an improved monitoring and evaluation system - reporting on impact of donations to all funders- managing relations and operations with partner groups, organisations, and individuals- designing and managing end of year celebration event which caters for over 500+ people

Responsible for: - the development of educational resources that were delivered to 90 schools across England and Northern Ireland- delivering engaging and effective presentations and workshops to both students and teachers- development of a new and popular form of Newsletter for the charity- writing funding applications and building relationships with new potential funders of the programme- manage the training and progress of the new Regional Facilitator operating in YPI in the Midlands

Through the Teach First programme, I trained to pass my Post Graduate Certificate of Education in a secondary school while teaching a full timetable of classes.After three years, I was a highly valued member of the English Department and whole school whose classes were happy and productive. My students often over-achieved the standards set them by the school and felt supported academically and pastorally.

Initiated into the National Youth Theatre through residential summer programme.
