With a PRINCE2® certification and a passion for creative and corrective problem-solving, I am an Operations Support Manager at Nazareth Care, a charitable trust that provides care and support for older people. I have been in this role since October 2022, and I am responsible for reporting and analytics, process optimization, and stakeholder management.Prior to joining Nazareth Care, I worked as an Office/Operations Manager at Fearless, a creative design specialist business, where I helped them scale their operations and workflows using monday.com, a project management platform. I also managed contract negotiations and renewals and led the operations for building out their new office space. Before that, I was a Project Administrator at Utility Results, an infrastructure and project management consultancy, where I improved internal and external relationships by developing and reenvisioning workflows and documentation outputs. I have a background in start-ups and various industries, which gives me a wide lens for pragmatic solutions.I am a motivated, self-starter who is always eager to learn, pick up new skills, and dedicate myself to continuous self-improvement. I have a process-driven attitude and a keen eye for detail, which are essential for operations. I also pride myself on being able to get along with people through my ability to match energy, listen intently, and be an open-minded conversationalist. I believe that building relationships is key to being able to problem-solve for individuals or groups when rolling out solutions. I also enjoy being a great point of contact for customers, clients, and other key stakeholders.
