With more than 30 years’ experience in the construction industry, I have been providing advisory services for more than 80 medium to large infrastructure and commercial projects including power stations, airports, water, health, education, railways, tunnels, roads and bridges, oil and gas, mining and residential projects across the Middle East and Australia. With projects ranging in value from US$5M to US$500M.With my refined skillset and significant experience in a number of time-related and disruption claims, I have provided systematic and innovative solutions to client’s most complex issues, involving: • Provision of expert determination for disputing parties;• Representing clients during mediation; and• Provide lay evidence in Delay and extensions of time, and loss of productivity for arbitration and litigation.
