Lead marketing, advertisement and recruiting initiatives within department.

Conduct broad scope of current marketing to engage, inform and recruit potential applicants; Develop and deliver engaging presentations to trainees and other stakeholder groups; Advocate on behalf of the clients throughout training by assessing each situation; Develop and maintain solid relationships with Trades partners and other stakeholders in training institutions, employers, and industry, contractors. Coordination of Indigenous Trade Samplers with local high school districts; Generate monthly reports to funding providers.

Youth Supervisors maintain custody, safety, and supervision of residents in youth custody centres throughout the province of British Columbia. They strive to effect positive change in the residents of the centre through direct, consistent, and positive contact.
