Part of the EMEA Concur Services team,• Onboard new customer or partner projects: facilitate data gathering for the implementation project• Triage: review and route client queries and service requests to appropriate teams• Escalation management: coordination and documentation of customer escalations• Review service delivery KPIs and proactively follow-up with internal functions to ensure customer satisfaction.• Manage the project transition processes between Services and Support• Work closely with account management to give customer account service delivery overview
