As the Managing Director of Parisi Speed School, George is responsible for planning and implementing long-term business strategies that facilitate growth of the Parisi Brand and Network, as well as support the overall mission of the company. Areas of oversight and duties include developing and directing strategic business initiatives, overseeing projects and processes, staff and P & L management, and maintaining a leadership role in day to day operations.

As Director of Brand Marketing and Development, George is responsible for raising the brand profile of Parisi Speed School initiatives, such as the Parisi Youth Training System and Business Opportunity, as well the strategic direction of corporate business/license development and network marketing. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to license sales & marketing, social media and website development, brand and program awareness, content marketing, internal and external communications, digital membership planning and implementation, partnership development and promotion, community outreach, and network support.

As the Director of Brand and Network Marketing, George oversees the strategic direction, planning and implementation of marketing programs at both the corporate and network level. These programs include, but are not limited to social media and website development, community outreach, brand and program awareness, ownership sales, internal and external communications, as well as network support.

As the Director of Marketing at Parisi Franchising Systems Inc. George is responsible for the creation, development, execution, and analysis of all Corporate Parisi marketing programs. Areas of responsibility include oral and written communications, B2B strategic marketing programs and brand awareness.

Oversee advertising sales for USA TODAY sports publications in the Boston and Dallas markets, as well as two national USA TODAY lifestyle publications. Ensure that budget goals are met or exceeded on all projects. Maintain current business relationships with high-level corporate clients, while forging new business. Develop new business strategies that allows for revenue growth.

Developed and executed innovative and effective promotional/ marketing strategies that achieve business goals and objectives. Developed and executed annual, seasonal and monthly retail promotional programs that help build the brand, attract new customers and drive sales. Responsible for developing radio, online and television advertising campaigns for the Detroit Red Wings merchandise department. Media spokesman for the merchandise department. Managed social networking site programs, including strategy and analyze results from each program. Leveraged local business partnerships to develop cross-promotional programs. Develop and execute sales and traffic building programs that can be leveraged across multi-channels (retail, online, etc.) Manage and report on customer database and loyalty programs.
