Marine Air Traffic Control (MATC) Maintenance Technical Courses Supervisor - Supervise and evaluate instructors in the provision of technical training to students enrolled in MATC Systems Maintenance Courses. These include four Military Occupational Specialties within the Air Traffic Control Maintenance community. Provide guidance, and mentorship to the instructor staff, maintenance staff and entry level training students. Manage instructor certifications and evaluation programs. Serve as the Academic Review Board Supervisor to ensure compliance with all board procedures. Instructional Standards Assurance (ISA) Team Leader and ensure all course documents are maintained, validated and implemented throughout the respective courses of instruction. Serve as course supervisor for Maintenance Managers and Work Center Supervisors Courses.

Marine Air Traffic Control (MATC) Maintenance Chief. Supervise daily operations and maintenance of MATC systems and associated support equipment. Supervise planned preventive and corrective maintenance on MATC systems and associated support equipment in accordance with applicable directives, technical manuals, and the Naval Aviation Maintenance Program (NAMP). Responsible for the management and performance of the Planned Maintenance System (PMS) and the Maintenance Data System (MDS). Supervise the requisitioning of parts and supplies through the supply system and manage operating and maintenance budget for the MATC school house.

Served as Master Training Specialist (MTS), Chief Instructor, and Course Supervisor for the METEM school house. Supervised, mentor and evaluate instructors in the performance of their duties in accordance with applicable naval directives. Develop, maintain curriculum, and lesson plans for the METEM School House. Responsible for maintenance, operational and maintenance budget for the METEM school systems. Coordinate and schedule inter-service training plans.

Provided for the moral, welfare, mentorship, and discipline of the Marines assigned to Airfield Operations Company. Supervised and ensured Airfield Operations Company was complete in annual training and maintained medical readiness for deployment. Counsel all subordinate personnel to improve the general effectiveness of the command. Maintain accountability of Marines within the company in all administrative and legal matters. Assist the commander in the conduct of office hours, request mast and promotion recommendations. Assisted the commander in the supervision of administrative matters, training functions, and the employment of the command forward deployed and in garrison.

Serve as an Electronic Technician in a multitude of electronic systems used to conduct Airfield operations. Maintained and performed corrective maintenance on meteorological systems, communications equipment, airfield navigational systems and meteorological radar systems using various multi-meters, o scopes, spectrum analyzers, and RF watt-meters. Served as Work Center Supervisor aboard MCAS New River for the Communcations/Navaids and Meteorological section. Utilized the planned maintenance system to schedule and perform planned maintenance. Utilized the maintenance data system to document and track corrective maintenance.
