With over two decades as an academic at the University of South Wales, my career has been defined by a deep commitment to advancing the field of exercise science through scholarly research and clinical data analysis. My recent work has centred on leading the BSc Sport and Exercise Science programme, where I have diligently worked to enrich the curriculum and guide students through complex concepts in research conduct, exercise physiology, and nutrition.The pursuit of excellence in research has propelled our team to contribute to the understanding of cardiorespiratory fitness markers and their correlation with post-operative outcomes. Currently enhancing my expertise with an IBM Data Science Certificate, I am seeking to leverage my extensive background in exercise science and data analysis to explore new frontiers in healthcare and beyond.
