With a focus on working with advisors and teams producing over $1 million in production or Gross Dealer Concessions annually, I work as a consultant to negotiate transition packages, team structures, payouts, titles, expense accounts, office aesthetics, etc. I also work with owners in the sale or acquisition of practices including creating succession plans and exit strategies for their firm(s).Additionally, we provide specialized, fee-based consulting services to individual advisors and broker dealers, RIA’s and CPA firms to assist them in their efforts to grow their practices. We have also successfully filled executive level positions including Personal/Private bankers, Regional, Divisional and Complex Directors as well as Presidents of Broker Dealers.
