With a focus on working with advisors and teams doing over $1 million in production or Gross Dealer Concessions annually, I work as a consultant to negotiate transition packages, team structures, payouts, titles, expense accounts, office aesthetics, etc. I also work with owners in the sale or acquisition of practices including creating succession plans and exit strategies for their firm(s). Additionally, we provide specialized, fee-based consulting services to individual advisors and broker dealers, RIA’s and CPA firms to assist them in their efforts to grow their practices.
