I am a Partner in RPC's Professional and Financial Risks team, based in RPC's Bristol office.I have extensive experience in defending negligence claims, as well as advising insurers on policy coverage issues in relation to professional indemnity and pension trustee liability policies. I regularly act for accountants, including auditors and insolvency practitioners, in relation to complex and high value negligence claims and in respect of disciplinary proceedings. I also have considerable experience of defending financial advisors, both in relation to civil claims and Financial Ombudsman Service complaints.I have extensive pensions experience and act for pensions professionals including professional trustees and scheme advisers.
