I was a Student at School of Code, a computer software engineering bootcamp that teaches the skills of a full-stack developer in 16 weeks. With a background in mental health nursing, I decided to pursue a career in the gaming industry, where I can express my creative side and passion for video games. I have a 1st Class BSc with Honours in Mental Health Nursing from Anglia Ruskin University and worked as a mental health nurse and a healthcare assistant for the NHS for nearly four years.I learned how to use JavaScript, React.js and GitHub to build dynamic and responsive web applications, as well as how to work with 3D objects using Three.js. I'm currently working on a website that showcases my portfolio in an interactive way, using everything he has learned so far. I'm also planning to learn more about C++ and object-oriented programming, as I know they are essential for modern game development. I'm looking for a job that offers the opportunity to continue my learning and growth as a software engineer, ideally whilst contributing to the gaming industry with my enthusiasm and creativity, however this is more of a long-term goal.
