-Oversee and execute public fast charging site capital upgrades.-Implement programs, such as fleet, workplace, and residential charging rebate programs.-Lead interdepartmental working groups to promote and manage the growth of transportation electrification.Support Fleet and Facilities with their electric vehicle charging requirements.-Design, secure funding for, and project manage new public fast chargers required to support growth.-Strategize and implement demand management programs for home charging.-Apply analytics to monitor electric vehicle (EV) charging load in FortisBC’s service territory.

This is a unique and exciting opportunity to be a key contributor to one of Customer Service’s most transformative projects. Reporting to the Manager of Customer Experience, Strategy and Projects and working directly with the Project Manager, the CS Business Lead is a key role on the requirements gathering and RFP project execution team, and will represent the electric division in the definition of the business requirements and the preparation of the Vendor RFP. The CS Business Lead is the bridge between the project and the Customer Service operations team, and is responsible to ensure that operational interests are met and future requirements are identified. This role is key to shaping the the foundational system that Customer Service uses to support our customers.The CS Business Lead is a passionate advocate for the customer’s voice in decisions throughout the project that affect customer experience. Further, this position collaborates with leaders throughout Customer Service, as well as the Company, to provide an understanding of the customer experience that demonstrates our collective values of being safe, collaborative, respectful, progressive and customer centric.
