Main responsibilities: Managing and maintaining the QHSE management system; Complete the companies ISO 9001 and OHSAS 18001 audits with external auditors from DNV including managing the company’s internal audit program; Complete incident investigations including full root cause analysis; Create and manage the lifting equipment monitoring system in accordance with LOLER; Run a risk identification card system; Complete COSHH assessments; Develop and present training sessions on Quality and H&S topics to all staff including site personnel and the Senior Management Team; Assess Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), managing stock control and distribution to personnel; Write all QHSE procedures and policies, and assist in the development of all procedures within the company; Risk Assessment of all areas above, as well as: International travel, lone working, use of plant and vehicle movements, use of power tools including impact wrenches and abrasive wheels, working over or near water, working on hydraulic systems, working on electrical equipment, packing and unloading of ISO containers.
