Responsible for developing strategies to meet customers’ evolving needs, convert valuable customers, improve customer acquisition cost (CAC), and increase customer lifetime value (LTV) by driving repeat purchase rate.• Grew overall business 2.5X, increased profitability by 5X, and exceeded 5-year plan• Built and led Walmart Global Sourcing’s HOME ecommerce sourcing and category management team (11) to support multiple platforms• Grew profitable assortment by 35%, increased average GMV/item by 50%, and improved online in-stock rate by 20%• Increased SEO traffic and page views (40%) with improved content quality score of 90+%, link building, and consistently achieved highest SEM conversion in HomeSpecial Project - Category Management – Loft Beds: Full merchandising and P&L responsibility for Loft Beds business. Leveraged data, customer insights, and retail expertise to establish the working plan to improve customer experience and operating efficiency, current assortment, channel strategy, pricing, item content, and packaging.• Delivered 25% year-over-year (YoY) comp and 7.5% contribution profit (CP)/$1.2M to bottom line• Increased SEO ranking to top one and two, with higher return on ad spend (RoAS) and a minimum of $6 in SEM
