Grew up in industrial maintenance and became a machinist early on which opened me up to the world of rotating equipment repair. After 18 yrs on PD blowers, pumps & compressors, I've spent the last 15 yrs on crane/hoist repairs & upgrades as well as electric motor repair & maintenance. I'm passionate about troubleshooting equipment to identify reliability improvements. Needless to say, I'm more at home out in the plant with equipment than I am in an office!
