• Responsible for all financial aspects of business and lead financial team for organization. Additional responsibilities included IT, Fleet, Equipment, Inventory and Purchasing.
• Company entered into agreement with M & A firm to market company to Private Equity and Strategic Buyers. Involved with initial marketing, presentations, and interviews of business, analysis of proposals and selection.
• Develop and implemented processes and controls to ensure inventory tracking was accurate.
• Create forecasting and tracking tools for sales, fleet and equipment, and field personnel.
• Review of our IT system resulting in the replacement of our IT provider. This established help desk support, operating. and productivity platforms standardization, automated backup protocols and new network.
• Review of operating and capital leases for our fleet and successful renegotiation of financing terms from our main vehicle supplier, reducing our financing costs on operating leases and on longer term leases.
