The Southern Region Global Advisory team covers 12 states and supports U.S. based Middle Market Companies with international business needs and Foreign Middle Market Companies with significant operations and banking requirements in the U.S. Global Advisory acts both as a unit that directly manages customer relationships and books credit as well as an internal advisory and consulting resource for other wholesale banking units. As Loan Team Manager I had primary responsibility for all credit, compliance and operational risk undertaken in the business unit and was also tasked with oversight and approval for the advisory and consulting reports delivered to the Regional Commercial Banking offices located throughout the assigned coverage territory. The first line manager with responsibility for the Relationship Managers, Portfolio Managers and Credit Analyst teams The advisory and consulting reports are crafted to ensure that the Regional Commercial Banking Teams and the respective Loan Supervisors better understand and evaluate international risk factors related to their customers and prospects as well as to provide for the evaluation of international product suitability (both existing and potential).

The Chicago Global Banking team covers a 6 state region in the Midwest supporting international needs of Wells Fargo's customers in commercial, corporate, and ABL segments of Wholesale Banking and delivering credit, trade and payment products to U.S. based subsidiaries of Foreign Multinationals.
