• Team Management - Coordinating a team of 20 - 30 people; • Strong Input in the overall project Test Plan. • Mediate and defuse internal conflicts within the team • Constant communication with the abroad partners• Participating in management meetings and discussions to improve project direction or Studio direction. • Constantly working closely with peers to be able to communicate area wide concerns and issues to team management - QA Project Lead and QA Project Manager.• Responsible for the monthly performance evaluations of the team members and providing constant coaching and mentoring • Compiling and creating various reports and ensuring they are delivered on-schedule (daily reports detailing the project status, weekly reports pertaining to team and project performance, monthly team member evaluations, post-mortem reports etc.); • First escalation point to external partners for test related issues.• Providing assistance on creating and executing different planning strategies used of the project such as: Resource planning; hardware planning; coverage planning etc. project: resource plan;• People growth: Improving senior or veteran testers to junior leadership capabilities and providing direct feedback to manager to advertise them as candidates for junior leadership positions.• Improving junior leadership staff to Test Lead capabilities. • Ownership over different QA activities like: Metrics, Submission, Closed Beta, Trial. • Input over bug estimates on areas under my responsibility. • Participating in staff recruitment, training and on-boarding within the business unit

During the period in which I held the position of Lead Assisntant had the following responsibilities:- Team management - Coordinating a team formed of 10+ members; - Being able to compile and comment statistical data regarding issue count, issue trends and other relevant metrics - Compiling and realizing various types of reports [daily reports regarding the stage of the project, weekly reports regarding the team's performances, time tracking reports, end of day reports, postmortem reports]- Creating and implementing test scripts that are fully covering the product in test, to guarantee a correct functionality of all the elements implemented in the specified product- Peer mentoring - Constant communication with our partners abroad, in oral and written English - Troubleshooting skills - Being able to make a clear concise analysis on a certain area of the game - working with KPIs, bug estimates, trend analysis, forecasts etc.
