As the first engineer, I was in charge of running engineering and operations of the company by creating protocols and setting the company culture.Became familiar with Microsoft Projects, Gantt charts and tools, Sharepoint and Dropbox management, and proposal generation. Also utilized to generate sales material, data collection, and improving the technology.Project management also played a large role in day to day activities, working with multiple team departments and outside contractors to oversee the construction and manufacture of units, their installation, implementation, and ongoing service. For managerial roles, responsibilities included management and scheduling of technicians who collect data, maintain relationships with clients, and their deliverables.

As a tool owner for Media Handling Systems (MHS), responsibilities include maintaining tool health and development for several media handling systems (pick and place) tools. Implemented multiple software and hardware upgrades to the tools in order to allow them to handle substrates of greater weight, warpage, form factor, and complexity. Measured and modified CAD drawings of media, substrates, and tool hardware in order to successfully measure tolerances needed for processing. Also acted as Supplier Developer Working Group chair between Intel and Grohmann for 2015, and by 2016 was certified as the ESD expert for qualifying new MHS tools.

Worked closely with manufacturing to oversee production and singulation of wafers. Skilled in Disco SAW, Besi TRDS, Kinetek, and QV. Ensured tool health was good, and worked closely with Die Prep MEs to process special DOE requests. Skilled in handling fragile, ESD prone, expensive silicon with care. Wrote and maintained recipes for aforementioned tools in order to singulate and separate die from wafer, and then transferred to tape and reel. Proactive in maintaining operations at optimized levels, acting as liaison between engineering team and manufacturing team. Aided in training the MEOS seeds in Aloha, OR during the Die Prep transition in 2014.
