Since 2010 I have served as the Vice President of client services for Deft Research, the leading quantitative market research firm for the health insurance industry. During that time I have grown the company’s client list by threefold and increased revenue by six times, positioning Deft as a trusted research partner for over 75 clients including health insurance plans, PBMs, ad agencies, retailers, and governmental bodies. All of the executives at Deft Research have health care backgrounds ranging from marketing to actuarial. It is our deep knowledge of both the health insurance industry and the healthcare consumer that drives our research, making it focused and applicable despite our industry’s transformation.Prior to coming to Deft, I was experienced in consumer marketing and research consulting having worked at Procter & Gamble's Healthcare Consumer Institute between 2005 and 2010. During that assignment I helped regional and national PBMs, medical groups, and HMOs better connect with customers through quantitative and qualitative consumer marketing consultation. Specialties: Developing and applying segmentation insights and algorithms; leveraging customer/consumer interaction data; steering consumer channel fulfillment; creating optimal communications; and leveraging consumer archetype data to focus marketing against prime prospects.
