Managed the entire life cycle of a CRM implementation project. Working closely with the Marketing, Sales and Customer Service departments to redesign the front-line processes and help them adopt the new approaches & tools by training and day-to-day coaching. Reporting to the top management.Participated in a large number of projects that span from Business Systems development for IT skills certification programs to the development of Automated Test Evaluation Systems.
