In this role at SAS I worked I was part of the pre-sales team working with the leading flexible BI solution in SAS Visual Analytics a solution that revolutionises BI.

Entered SAS as a graduate, where I spent time in numerous departments learning a wide array of technologies and sectors. I was swiftly moved into a permanent role.

I was part of the Vodafone UK graduate 2011/12 scheme, during my 12 months at Vodafone I completed three sector placements; the first placement was in Retail where I excelled in selling the product as well as taking interest in the managerial side of retail. The second in Technology Security, during this placement I worked on a number of projects most significantly DLP (data loss prevention) where I had to gain legal and HR buy in to our system, as well as leading all test data, for this group wide initiative. The test results I correlated were commented by the group project lead as the most comprehensive out of all 9 countries. The third placment of five months was in Enterprise and involved a large scale project around the use of salesforce.com.

I was a barman at my university nightclub 'the venue' this involved working in a busy nightclub serving drinks, setting up the bar etc. The club on average had around 1500 customers a shift in and I also worked the summer ball an event with 5000 attendees.

Part time sales advisor for a currys superstore this gave me a superb experience and the base of my excellent sales manner began here at the age of 16. I often achieved top sales even though I was only on a 12 hour contract.
