Biophysics research using complementary experimental and computational skills to study the structural dynamics of biomolecules. In this role I made frequent use of both wetlab and programming skills for fluorescence spectroscopy and biochemical assay development and implementation. Highlights include development of novel methods for combined analysis of experimental and simulated large data sets to gain unique insights into protein structural dynamics, development of an automated experimental design pipeline for FRET spectroscopy, and discovery of dynamic structural ensembles for biomolecules including PSD-95, the TPP riboswitch, and the p27-Cdk2-Cyclin A complex.
