Oversee all aspects of Information Technology for the Gateway Region YMCA. Work with executive leadership and staff to develop, implement and maintain systems and hardware to support our mission to put Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind and body for all.

Report to COO as head of Information Systems for a publicly held company with $350 Million in annual sales. Manage staffing, budgeting, application development, systems integration, systems security, audit and procurement at 9 manufacturing facilities and administrative offices serving 1,500 users nationwide. P&L responsibility with multimillion dollar department budget. Develop one, three and five year plans based on company goals and present plans to executive management, managing the work effort to implement. Perform technology assessments to enhance operations and standardize services. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that the systems provide effective and comprehensive services to end-users.

Reported to CEO as global head of IT for 12 manufacturing and administrative facilities in the US, Europe and Canada. Responsible for all aspects of strategic IT planning, implementation and support. Managed and delivered multiple large scale projects on time and within budget.

Launched an Information Risk Management practice in the St. Louis marketplace for a Big Four Accounting firm.

Worked at facilities in Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, France, Belgium, England, The Netherlands, Ireland, The Philippines and Mexico in internal audit and as a project manager.
