AdoptAnAgent.com was initially a platform designed for Real Estate Agents and Brokers. Our traffic is mostly from Buyers, Sellers and Investors. The platform took two years to develop and was first launched it in 2015. Since that time we have over 50,000+ Agents and Brokers that have signed up with very little marketing effort. Currently we have just completing and launched our version 2.0 which has a new look as well as many new features. GjBudd Designs (gjbudd.com) has worked for many Fortune 1000 companies and in more recent years several entrepreneur type clients looking to bring their idea to reality. In the early years it worked on designing and development of advanced software for desktop applications including full blown applications to run universities with medical schools. From 1995-NOW the focus has been on sophisticated web projects for clients. Since 2004 it has also funded many proprietary company projects in additional to handling some of the larger clients requests. GeoRocky.com is an Ad Based Platform which can be applied to any LIVE Streaming feed. It allows your feed to be monetized Quick & Easy! ...so you can start to see Advertising Revenue from the Events you are streaming. In addition there is an integrate affiliate marketing program which we call, Ad Partners, that allows anyone to drive advertisers to your LIVE Event in return for a commission of the sales they create.GeoRocky has been put in a temporary disabled state and will be revived in 2021.

Designed and developed proprietary software for streaming video applications which can be integrated into any type of website. Main architecture includes Pay-Per-Minute and Pay-Per-Video revenue streams. First version launched in 2009. Second version with 30+ more features and social networking to be released 2nd quarter of 2010.

Started community based application for small businesses. 2 years in development and launched locally in Las Vegas through local print marketing. After spending much time and money trying to go national it was determined that the baby boomer business owners of today are not easily obtained through typical internet marketing strategies mainly because they don't spend time on the computer. Company was put on hold until joint marketing venture could be put in place with brick-n-mortar type business chain such as Staples, Officemax or OfficeDepot.

Designed and developed custom desktop software applications for businesses including many universities with Medical School. Medical School application controlled students from admission through alumni stages. Integrated all areas of practices and shared grade information with financiall aid offices. Company slowly dissolved as the internet became more popular and we switched our focus.

Started product line of crossed roller bearing precision machine slides used mostly in the building of automation equipment. Products catered to high production machinery with accuracies lasting pasting the 100 million cycle range. Distribution was national from 1984 to 1987. In 1987 distribution went global with 18 master distributors in foreign companies. Company was acquired in 1988.

Started a machinist training center from the ground up. New 6500 sq/ft building, all new equipment and state-of-the-art course materials including video instruction. Received much attention from local media, newpapers and other post secondary schools. 12-week course included starting toolbox and placement. Placement was greater then 95% of all students, mostly in aerospace industry. Company was acquired in 1985.

Started company to design and develop equipment and custom control software for automation machinery. Primary role was Chief Designer and Software Architect. Controlled machine builders and software programmers. Client list was impressive with companies like Apple Computer, Eagle Computer, Alps, Hughes Aircraft, Rockwell, Brunswick Defense Division, American Medical, Baxter Labs, Coppervision, Systron Donner, Northern Telecom and several other fortune 1000 companies.

Designed and developed custom tooling and machinery to be used for the proprietary projects of the company. Controlled teams of designers and draftsman along with budget in the millions. Left company to start own design engineering company.
