SUMMARY:Responsible for providing leadership, oversight, and day-to-day operational management of out-bound marketing activities. Including: drafting, establishing, and managing promotions, advertising campaigns, partner/channel marketing, business-to-business and business-to-consumer product marketing to drive the Company's efforts as a visionary leader in the local market and to achieve revenue goals.RESPONSIBILITIES:-Define the appropriate marketing plan for rapid growth and increased revenue-Strategic planning including corporate positioning, market and competitive analysis, customer segment selection and penetration plans, related product positioning, competition analysis, industry trends-Oversee marketing communications including branding, public relations, advertising, white papers-Develop plans for regular classes, seminars, events, local outreach programs, sponsorship opportunities, etc. complete with budgets, revenue/lead generation goals, and market analysis-Seek sponsors for in-house events, as well as locate and develop cross promotional alliances-Develop collateral materials, market research, and website/social media content-Define and direct marketing programs for demand creation, lead generation and interface for lead tracking and management-Develop and manage channel/partner strategies and programs; local vendors-Assist with product management including market and customer research for market and product requirements, interface with production for product development, product pricing and product lifecycle management, marketing, presentations, competitive analysis and general sales support-Work with store GM, COO and other executive team members to identify and develop strategic alliances, raise venture/public financing, grow local and online reach-Develop and manage the division's marketing budget-Develop and track metrics and success criteria for all marketing programs and activities-Act as spokesperson

BASIC FUNCTION: Responsible for the sale of Company products through developing and maintaining customer contacts for industrial / CAST application.ESSENTIAL DUTIES:• Develops new customers through cold calling and other sales development activities.• Solicit orders from established and new customers.• Maintains information and records regarding customer purchases, inventories, marketing trends and preferences.• Develop purchase orders and various sale contracts.• Resolve customer problems or facilitates resolutions with other departments.• Secure prompt payment from customers and assists with accounts receivable management.• Follow up on production and delivery to ensure customer orders are filled in a timely manner.• Develop and maintains positive relationships with customers.• Perform other duties as required.
