I start with a team of Account Executives who stay current on industry trends partnered with a Consulting Team of industry experienced professionals.

Dedicated focus on integrating technology and process to lead AECO organizations through a workflow transformation. I accomplished transformations by leading a team of pre and post sales consulting professionals who are dedicated to technology. This includes the recruitment, onboarding and development of team members.

I developed and implemented workflow changes through leading technology solutions to the AECO industry. Engagements were successfully launched by partnering with sales to understand opportunities, develop proposals and win support of stakeholders. This extended to team led and direct delivery of enterprise deployment, standards development, tailored training, project mentoring and program management.
