George is an experienced practitioner in the field of organisational research with more than 30 years’ experience in question inventory design, data analysis, and survey report writing. He is a co-founder and director at Enable-HR International and has, in that role, co-developed "Career Insight" a secure and powerful people analytics online platform.George offers innovative ways of researching organisational issues, designing and executing ground breaking research solutions for clients around the world. Whilst being technically proficient, George is able to put himself in employees’ shoes, ensuring that research encourages participation and buy-in from all concerned. Specialisms include employee engagement and retention and his well-used questions would be “what is the business problem you are trying to solve?” and “what does the data tell us we didn't know before?”
