The past 20 years, working as a Process Improvement Consultant and Engagement Manager, has allowed me to leverage my technical expertise and P&L responsibility experience to return high value results to my clients. The “hands on” approach I use gives me the opportunity to become an active participant in the change process and work side-by-side with client personnel at all levels of the organization.I have implemented process improvement programs for U.S. and foreign based client organizations ranging in size from $100M to Fortune 500. My work has encompassed nine different industries (distribution, consumer products, insurance, automotive, aerospace, medical devices, manufacturing, maintenance, software) as well as government and military. My assignments have allowed me to work as a change agent directly with all level of an organization from the CEO and senior management to engineers, line workers and equipment maintainers. Projects have included international experience in seven different countries, including working for 15 months in Stuttgart, Germany.
