I am a senior pursuing a degree in data analytics with a concentration in social data. I am also minoring in business to further develop my skills and knowledge to give me a better understanding of business when I join the workforce. Through data analytics, I have developed many skills, such as R, Python, Microsoft Office, as well as statistical and analytical abilities which are applied in all my areas of work. I constantly seek to expand my knowledge of data, business, and the general world around me through collaboration with other classmates and those I meet, especially in team environments, to become a more well-rounded individual. On top of that, I am a committed and active member of the Epsilon Pi chapter of Alpha Sigma Phi. From attendance of weekly chapter meetings, to recruiting new individuals, and actively keeping in touch with other active and alumni members, the chapter enhances my experience at school, as well as provides foundations for many skills, like networking and philanthropy, that will be carried with me forever. Other pursuits of mine while at school are as a bartender on campus at Side Bar/The Woods, which helps me increase my expertise of time management, teamwork, and customer service/engagement, as well as a research analyst for Scripps Gerontology Center where I improved my technical and collaborative skills to provide data insights to stakeholders.
