Joined Starwood Hotels in 2007 as a Sales Executive with 2 promotions in 3 years. In 2010 joined the team of Rocco Forte to open the first hotels outside Europe in their pre-opening team. In 2012 joined Rezidor Group on Yas Island (600+rooms)as Asst Director of sales with a focus on improving market share and successfully made it to the best performing hotel in comp set. In 2013 I took up the challenge to develop corporate and MICE business for Ferrari World and Yas Waterworld and drove 30% growth in business. by increasing market share and identifying new revenue streams. In 2017 I was assigned with responsibility for opening a team of Experience Hub to set up European market sales channels for Yas Island, and overachieved with over 40 direct contracts with Tour Operators and OTAs in Europe.In 2019, I relocated to Canada expanding my market experience to North America, working with Key agents, Chamber of Commerce executives, and partners to promote over 80 global destinations.As a professional, I believe in persistence and building teams that work proactively, effectively, and efficiently to drive revenue growth.As a person, I enjoy travel, culture, and capturing new knowledge.Currently, I'm looking to expand my portfolio of experience.Skills: Key Account Management, Team Management, Strategy Development, and Building Global Networks.
