Engaged to deliver multiple projects within a strategic Customer Data Transformation Programme in the Retail division.Successfully delivered the integration of a core customer data & insight solution into the IT support services. This included the adaptation of the support processes in both the business & IT as well as the code to ensure adherence to IT standards. Knowledge transfer was completed from the business to IT teams to develop understanding of the solution. This enabled the design, build and support to be integrated into the overall platform management and key resources to be reallocated in the business to critical Insight and customer data initiatives.Completed the initial phases of a project to enhance the management of reference data within the programme scope, which highlighted some gaps in the project scope and benefits. This was successfully challenged, leading to the project closure and funds reallocated to more critical activities.

Engaged to deliver key workstreams within the Data programme, a strategic initiative delivering a new data platform into the business. As the programme evolved, this role became tasked with owning the project delivery framework, including the management of the +£1m budget, delivery plans & resource management, alongside the specialist delivery teams. This also included the successful implementation of a new infrastructure for the solution & successful business handover with the closure of the programme.
