Engaged to support the delivery of the Group wide GDPR programme into the Retail and Group Transformation divisions. Engaged to deliver multiple projects within a strategic Customer Data Transformation Programme in the Retail division.Successfully delivered the integration of a core customer data & insight solution into the IT support services. This included the adaptation of the support processes in both the business & IT as well as the code to ensure adherence to IT standards. Knowledge transfer was completed from the business to IT teams to develop understanding of the solution. This enabled the design, build and support to be integrated into the overall platform management and key resources to be reallocated in the business to critical Insight and customer data initiatives.Completed the initial phases of a project to enhance the management of reference data within the programme scope, which highlighted some gaps in the project scope and benefits. This was successfully challenged, leading to the project closure and funds reallocated to more critical activities.

Engaged to deliver key workstreams within the Data programme, a strategic initiative delivering a new data platform into the business. As the programme evolved, this role became tasked with owning the project delivery framework, including the management of the +£1m budget, delivery plans & resource management, alongside the specialist delivery teams. This also included the successful implementation of a new infrastructure for the solution & successful business handover with the closure of the programme.

Engaged to deliver regulatory & business transformation projects within the Commercial banking division.Successfully delivered a foundation phase project within a pan-group transformation initiative, supporting the Commercial growth strategy. Working with complex dependencies & stakeholder management requirements to deliver this foundation phase & structure the next phase to ensure continuous delivery.Delivered the Consumer Credit Directive project for both LTSB & BoS heritages. Working within a group Programme structure to ensure the successful delivery against very challenging timescales for both business & techincal change.

Managed the Business Readiness activity for the final phase of a high profile, sales & customer management platform implementation. Achieved the re-engagement of key business areas to ensure a successful implementation of the final phases, including readiness for system decommissioning and the introduction of the new ways of working.Created & implemented the Screwfix Project Delivery Lifecycle, providing a framework for project delivery into Screwfix Direct. Working with the Business Change Senior Management team to define the processes, materials & knowledge transfer required across all of the project phases from conception to closure.
