I am a partner in Bradley’s Litigation practice group and represent clients in a variety of matters in both state and federal courts. My practice focuses on pharmaceutical and medical device, product liability, mass tort and class action matters. I have represented pharmaceutical manufacturers and medical device companies in individual and mass tort actions as both national and local counsel across the country. I have gained a wide range of general commercial litigation experience representing commercial real estate corporations, trucking companies, bus lines, insurance companies and their insureds, as well as financial and credit institutions in matters involving credit card fraud, credit reporting and mortgage-related issues. I currently represent electric cooperatives in class action lawsuits pending in Alabama state courts. I have defended several toxic tort matters for clients in various industries and has represented a restaurant chain in premises liability, product liability and employment matters. I have tried , arbitrated and mediated numerous cases for my clients.I am active in national, state, and local bar organizations. I am a member of the Alabama State Bar Board of Bar Commissioners for the 15th Circuit (Montgomery, Alabama), and I serve on various Alabama State Bar committees, including the MCLE Commission and the Character and Fitness Committee. I previously served as president of both the Alabama State Bar Young Lawyers Section and the Montgomery County Young Lawyers Section. I am presently serving on several ABA/TIPS committees, including the Membership, Outreach to Young Lawyers, and Business Litigation Committees.I am listed in The Best Lawyers in America® in the areas of Product Liability, Commercial Litigation and Insurance Litigation and in both the Mid-South Super Lawyers and Alabama Super Lawyers in the area of General Litigation.
