Responsible for Production, Capital, Engineering, MRP,Quality/Health/Safety/Security/Environmental, Shipping and previously Procurement.• Led 6-fold increase in plant output to roughly $200M per year Specialty Chemicals, with a 45% reduction in unit conversion cost.• Supported sales increase of roughly 10-fold to over $200M per year.• Established Outsourcing Group, guaranteeing more dependable deliveries and lower costs.• Updated plant including state-of-the-art Central Control Room, increasing efficiency and security plus expanding the customer base.• Supervised and developed industry recognized HSE group as required by Tier 1 customers.• Initiated New Products Team, resulting in over 30% of profit.
