Working under the direction of Florida Blue Medicare’s Chief Medical Officer, lead activities regarding development of anchor relationships into strategic account partnerships and serve in a leadership role supporting development of 5 year strategic growth plan.• Provide contracting leadership to FBM Network team, supporting negotiation of risk-based contracts with designated anchor account relations.• Lead strategic discussion, internally and externally, defining critical requirements and pathways to success for strategic account partnerships, including level of risk, active utilization of FBM precision health management tools to support highest level of quality of care for FBM members, commitment to cobrand marketing activities, willingness to jointly support FBM community based sales activities, limiting the number of contracted MA plans, direct financial investment from FBM for Medicare specific clinic expansion, enhanced product development including potential white label products, joint venture opportunities and direct acquisition.• Lead team developing FBM’s high performing network strategy designed to fully revamp and reduce the existing high performing network by 2/3 over next 18-24 months. The strategy involves working with only the highest performing providers to expand their geographies to support access standards in the critical FBM HPN product counties in an effort to design the most attractive and competitive HPN product in the state.

Lead contracting and provider relations teams covering 3 of the 5 MVP regions in all aspects of provider network management.* Developed and implemented total cost of care shared saving/risk agreements with FQHCs, large multispecialty group and a regional IPA/local hospital partner.* Contracted with over 40 CPCi/CPC+ groups in Mid Hudson and East regions for value based program culminating in pooled total cost of care shared savings program, risk adjusted care management funding and prospective quality payments.* Lead team that successfully - contracted entire Mid Hudson and East regions for Individual Exchange products. - contracted limited network in Mid Hudson and East regions for Essential Health Plan products. - contracted regions for Medicaid and Medicare expansions. - renegotiated annual hospital and physician renewals under budget each year - introduced a hospital quality incentive program to control unit cost increases.* Served as core member of leadership team on merger integration with Hudson Health Plan.
