CurrentUsing in- depth knowledge of the Connect and Salesforce platform to facilitate the maximization of Onboarding/Campaigns to achieve customer satisfaction, productivity, schedule adherence and Onboarding/Campaign goals. Compliance focused Onboarding/Campaigns, communicating with both clients and team members. Responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, including proving regular feedback to help them improve their performance and achieve their goals. Involved in interviewing and hiring customer service agents as well as working on multiple projects. I have helped create two different customer service teams, which required me to implement new processes and practices to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
