Developed and monitored key account management processes. Responsible for implementation, and onboarding for all newly acquired Multifamily and Corporate customers. Provided oversight for the operations management of vendors and assisted in the financial negotiation strategy. Dallas/Fort Worth Area

Duties include working closely with sales and operations teams to manage client budgets. Supported C-Suite executives with working knowledge of all account receivables and the current status of collections of funds. In charge of cross-departmental management including customer service, operations, and accounting staff.

Responsible for organizing and coordinating dispatch training programs for new hires and refresher training programs for existing personnel. Confer with customers to address questions, problems, and requests for service or equipment to allocated dispatch coverage during peak and after-hour services times. Responsible for direct communication between customers and field personnel to answer questions and resolve concerns while also dispatching, routing, and tracking of On-Call fleet vehicles.
