The team works with multi-disciplinary Boston-based collaborators, hosting events with a focus on community-building, culture, arts, and science.As one of the initial hires of the team, I partook in the launch of the Welcome Center and the Open Space and had the privilege of shaping both the early stages of the organization's culture and the initial offerings of OSP. Amidst the typical ambiguity that follows an early-stage organization, I served as a resource to develop and refine operational procedures, cultivated strong relationships with MIT Admissions and MIT Innovation HQ, and contributed to a variety of projects in working closely with the Community Engagement and Marketing Producer, with a focus on website development and graphic design.
