While working as GoE Wellness's Community Manager, I developed and executed social media campaigns that align with their marketing strategies across various platforms. I oversaw customer inquiries and reviews, producing feedback reports for department heads. I collaborated with Marketing, PR, and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency and liaise with Development and Sales to keep products updates. I also helped the company partner with Influencer and PR agencies to boost brand awareness.Previously, I served as a Media and Communications Intern at The Office of Police and Crime Commissioner, specialising in digital communications.
