Organisational Development Advisor
Current- Supporting the design and delivery of multiple organisation-wide programmes and projects such as digital skills, leadership development, workforce planning, staff engagement, health and wellbeing, performance.
- Responsible for giving OD advice, recommending interventions that connect to ongoing organisational strategies, programmes of work and department objectives.
- Working in collaboration with key stakeholders - ultimately adding value across the organisation, continuously improving the experience for leaders and their teams.
