• Responsible for classification review and analysis of work packages to be performed at various labs, as well as conducting classification assessments of field offices• Receive Strategic Intelligence Partnership Program (SIPP) Packages for classification review and verify that an appropriate classification guide is on file matching the referenced guide• If no classification guide is on file, coordinate with sponsor to obtain• Review and verify that SIPP package classification is consistent between the package documents, to include: Determination and Findings, Statement of Work, funding document, and other package documents as needed• If incorrect or inconsistent, coordinate with sponsor to remediate• Review and verify that SIPP package classification and referenced classification guide does not conflict with agency classification guidance• If in conflict, work with the Field Intelligence Enterprise (FIE) sponsor and IN officials to resolveSupport site assessments including:• Assessments conducted on site at the FIE and Counter Intelligence (CI) Offices• Virtual assessments, interacting with FIE and CI Offices• For each assessment, some or all of the following shall be required:• Obtain documents for classification review• Organize documents for review by ICM technical staff• Assemble discrepancy data• Schedule FIE and CI Office interviews with ICM technical staff• Assemble interview data• Review assessment report from site’s Program Classification Officer or contractor Classification Officer, if applicable• Draft final report text
