- Independently delivered meal support therapy and post meal therapeutic activities with groups of young people in the eating disorder program.- Observed the nutrition assessment, the treatment process and attended regular MDT meetings for young people in the eating disorder program. - Facilitated morning meeting with the MDT and adolescents admitted in the NEXUS/mental health ward, and assisted with other ward groups. - Developed both written and video resources for patients in the eating disorder program to provide admission information in a more engaging, empathetic, and age-appropriate manner. This involved filming around the wards, script writing and summarising admission/ED treatment processes, and liaising with the MDT to film interviews.

Armidale Rural Referral Hospital

- Collaboratively contributed to a project aimed at improving the accuracy of hospital diet code allocation helping to enhance patient safety, satisfaction and nutritional status.- Contributed to background research, data collection and analysis, development of educational resources, and formulation of a written report.- Facilitated education sessions with nursing staff to address common errors in diet code assignment.Presented research findings and further recommendations to key stakeholders.
