• Designs and executes testing scenarios and player regression tests for new games across all Vendors• Performs Customer Acceptance Tests (CAT) and regression CAT (Re-CAT) for every new game and project based on HGC compliance guidelines and games specification• Communicates testing findings to vendors and maintains respective library of findings, to effectively retrieve information for future releases • Produces preliminary game documentation for every new game with translation and briefing material • Supports the preparation of commercial content for every new game launch and is responsible for the confirmation of the content material • Reviews the game theoretical and actual payout before and after launch, validating compliance with certification, both business and regulation requirements• Executes games 3rd level support which includes all high-level error reporting and errors escalation to Vendors, of players disputes in the field• Handles RTP or RG related disputes (from customers and operators) coming through 1st level support• Follows specific and well-defined processes and steps and can resolve more complex problems that are not frequent
